Advocate Varun Jain is the Founder and Managing Partner of Jain Law and Company, a Delhi-based full-service law firm established in 2014. Enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi in 2012, he holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (B.Com) and Bachelor of Laws (LL.B).
Over the years, he has built a reputation for strategic legal thinking, professional ethics, and unwavering client commitment, representing individuals, corporates, and institutions across District Courts, Delhi High Court, Tribunals, and Commissions.His practice is guided by the principle that law is a service to society, not merely a profession.
Professional Journey
After gaining courtroom experience in civil and criminal practice, Adv. Varun Jain founded Jain & Law Company in 2014 with a mission to deliver honest, transparent, and accessible legal services.
Under his leadership, the firm has grown into a multi-disciplinary practice, recognized for precise legal drafting, result-oriented litigation, and personalized client engagement.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, he played a pivotal role in filing Public Interest Litigations (PILs) before the Delhi High Court, addressing urgent humanitarian concerns including:
- Distribution of ration and essential supplies to underprivileged families,
- Medical emergency response and access to healthcare facilities,
- Protection and relief for migrant workers and stranded citizens,
- Monitoring of welfare schemes for vulnerable groups.
His efforts during the pandemic reflected his commitment to public service, constitutional values, and human dignity.
